This past weekend we headed to WI for a wedding... This is the ONE picture I took at the wedding
OK, not even AT the wedding, more like the day before the wedding.
How many people does it take to hide an extension cord?
Let's back up... We left Friday at noon with only a few obligatory stops along the way
The caged dog potty.
Although I thought this was a necessary stop, the Mister did not agree:
Goodwill in WI?! I'm sure they have different crap then the crap we have in MI?!
After we got to our friends, we got changed and headed out to the rehearsal dinner. We weren't in the wedding, we're just awesome for driving 6 hours, so we got to go. Here's a picture of all of us...
Oh wait, that's right, I didn't TAKE ANY!!! Can you believe it?
The Mister and I lookin' all foxy and I've got nothing!
We stayed at our friends cottage... CABIN, CABIN! I kept calling it a cottage all weekend, but it's not, it's a CABIN!
**Ghost lovers: the ORIGINAL cabin is across the drive, only a portion of the foundation is left. It burnt MANY MANY years ago and 2 small children were killed in the fire. Luckily they didn't tell me this till the last day. I didn't see or hear anything weird, the dog didn't freak out and no orbs were seen in the few pictures I took. So ghost lovers... never mind!**
They have BIG flashlights in WI, and I do mean BIG!!!
The next morning we got up
They can thank me later for the FREE plug and if you have cows make sure they're eating QLF!!
So anyway, we got up and went out for a ride in their little 4 wheel car drive-thru-the-woods thingy!
I got all ready to go muddin' in my Coach shoes and fur trimmed coat, I'm fancy like that!
Then we went to check out their new (as in BRAND new) horse arena, it was a little muddy...
So what's a girl to do?
So that is our trip to WI where I ate no cheese, met a GIANT flashlight, slept in a ghost-free CABIN and kept my shoes mud free! The wedding was lovely, I have no pictures to prove it, you're going to have to trust me on that one!
Yes, Darling went to, but she was hanging at their house all weekend, playing with their kids and NOT missing us...they grow up so fast! :(

My gosh they DO have big flashlights in WI! Looks like a fun trip and glad you didn't get haunted - unless of course the ghost came home with you and is waiting to haunt :)
Oh my, is that a flashlight in your pocket or are you just glad to see me? :)
And check out that stocked bar in the background. No wonder you need that QLF to get you going the next morning.
