Germ-a-Phobes unite!!

So, my big thing this winter is; i CAN'T shake hands, I just can't!  Every Sunday in Church I have a mini-baby anxiety attack when I know it's getting close to hand shakin' time.  I whisper to the Mister- "should I go get a drink?  should I go to the bathroom?  should I go get a pencil (which I already have)?.  He says the same thing every Sunday "just sit down".  This has been going on all winter and I never sit down, go to the bathroom, get a drink or a pencil.  I just smile sweetly and say "I don't shake, I'm a germ a phobe".  It's always been ok, most people say "oh I totally understand, good for you!".  Last week it happened though, the woman behind me held her hand out and I said my thing and she says "Ooooo, well... you don't?" Now I realize you can't hear the tone in my typing, but my face turned bright red because you could tell she was totally insulted, I even added a "no offense", but she was!  Well, I'm sorry lady, but you probably touched your face and you're probably a closet booger picker so just keep your snobby germy hands off my white-as-snow Virgin Mary, germ free hands, and have a nice day!

Obviously the NO TOUCH soap dispenser doesn't solve my NO SHAKE policy, but I love it and it WILL BE MINE!

just kidding, but it does crack me up!  My family (or should I say my cousin "Naughty Nurse")

LOVE this place to eat... LOVES!  When I saw this, I just had to post it to my cousins facebook page and you know what she said?

"Are you kidding me?  They forgot the world famous blackberry cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!"
